1. About these terms

These Terms govern the contractual relationship between Kelyon Group LTD (Companies House 17194219, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ), trading as MARGO, and any consumer placing an order on margo-paris.com.

2. Products and prices

Products are sold subject to availability, at prices in EUR inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping costs indicated at checkout.

3. Payment

Debit/credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. SSL-secured, 3D Secure 2 (PSD2 compliant).

4. Right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days to cancel. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days.

5. Statutory rights — Consumer Rights Act 2015

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Governing law

Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Exclusive jurisdiction of English courts, save where mandatory consumer protection of customer’s country of residence applies.
