Do you offer free shipping?

Standard shipping is free in mainland France on orders over €100 (otherwise €6). Rates for other countries are shown at checkout and in our shipping policy. MARGO Box deliveries are always included.

How long till I receive my order?

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 working days, then delivered in 1 to 7 working days depending on the destination, with tracking.

Is there any satisfaction guarantee?

Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to return a piece if you are not fully satisfied (see our returns policy).
