Right to cancel

You have 30 days from receipt to return your item, no reason required (extending the 14-day Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 statutory period).

Return conditions

Item must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, unscented, with original tag, in its dust bag and original packaging.

Procedure

1. Email contact@margo-paris.com with order number, item, reason
2. Reply within 48 working hours with full instructions
3. Refund within 14 working days of receipt and verification

Statutory rights — Consumer Rights Act 2015

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described. Right to refund, replacement or repair if not met.
