What are your delivery times?
Standard shipping is free on orders over €100 — 2 to 5 working days in France and the EU. Express delivery 1 to 2 working days (€10). Order processing within 24 working hours. Email tracking at every step.

You have 30 days from receipt to return your order. The product must be unworn, in its original packaging with the dust bag. Standard return shipping is free from France and the EU. Refunds within 7 days of receipt.
Are your pieces authentic?
Yes — every MARGO piece is designed in Paris, hand-crafted in our partner Italian atelier, and comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity for Signature and Heritage models.
How do I care for leather and suede?
Avoid prolonged sun exposure and humidity. Suede: brush gently with a dry suede brush. Leather: soft dry cloth, conditioning balm twice a year. Store in the dust bag provided.
What size should I choose for dresses?
Use the Size guide button next to the variant selector. The model is 178 cm and wears a size S/36. If in doubt between two sizes, size up for optimal comfort.

All MARGO pieces are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects (stitching, hardware, lining). Email contact@margo-paris.com with your order number and a photo — we repair free of charge, or replace if repair is not possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Europe, UK, Switzerland, US and Canada. Fees and delivery times vary by destination, calculated at checkout. Customs duties outside the EU are the customer's responsibility.
