Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods

You can pay for your MARGO order with the following methods:

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Digital wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Pay in instalments (orders ≥ €100): Klarna 3× or 4× interest-free, Alma 3× interest-free

Security

All transactions are secured and encrypted by our payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, certified PCI-DSS Level 1 — the highest standard in the payment industry.

Your card data is never stored on our servers. We do not have access to your full card number. Your bank details are encrypted (TLS 1.3) and tokenised before transmission.

3D Secure / Strong Customer Authentication

In compliance with PSD2 European regulation, your bank may request additional authentication (SMS code, biometric authentication via your banking app) to validate the transaction. This protects you against fraud.

When is my account charged?

Your account is debited at the time of order confirmation. If your card is refused, the order is automatically cancelled and no debit takes place.

Currencies

Prices are displayed in euros (€) by default, automatically converted to pounds (£), Swiss francs (CHF), or US/Canadian dollars (USD/CAD) depending on your detected location. The transaction is processed in the currency displayed at checkout.

Invoicing

An electronic invoice is generated automatically and sent by email after payment. You can also retrieve all your invoices from your customer account.

VAT

Prices include all applicable taxes for delivery within the European Union and the United Kingdom. For destinations outside the EU/UK, prices are displayed exclusive of VAT and any import duties are payable on receipt by the customer.

Pay in instalments — terms

The instalment payment offer is provided by our partners Klarna and Alma. Subject to acceptance and to the terms of these partners. The first instalment is taken at order, the following ones at one-month intervals. No credit charges for the customer. Refusal of instalment payment does not prevent payment by another method.
