Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods

Bank cards and wallets — the payment methods displayed at checkout (bank cards and, depending on your device, Apple Pay or Google Pay) are processed by Shopify Payments, certified PCI-DSS Level 1. Your card details are entered on Shopify's secure checkout and are never stored by MARGO. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (3-D Secure / strong customer authentication).

SEPA Direct Debit (GoCardless) — available for the MARGO Box monthly subscription and for orders delivered in the European Union. You enter your IBAN and sign a SEPA Direct Debit mandate on GoCardless's secure page; MARGO never receives your full IBAN. Regulated payment services in the European Economic Area are provided by GoCardless SAS (RCS Paris 834 422 180), a payment institution authorised by the ACPR (bank code 17118).

• You receive an e-mail at least 3 working days before each collection stating the amount and date.
• For the MARGO Box, the same amount is collected on the same day each month until you cancel online on the Cancel my Box page.
• You are entitled to a refund from your bank for an authorised direct debit within 8 weeks of the debit date (13 months for an unauthorised debit).
• Your order or box is shipped once the payment is confirmed (usually 3 to 5 working days after the order).

When is my account debited?

Card payments are debited when the order is confirmed; if the payment is refused, the order is cancelled. SEPA Direct Debits are collected on the date notified by GoCardless.

Currency

Prices are displayed and charged in euros (€).

Invoicing

An order confirmation is sent by e-mail after each order and each MARGO Box payment, and remains available in your customer account.

Moyens de paiement (français)

Carte bancaire via Shopify Payments, sur la page de paiement sécurisée, avec authentification forte. Prélèvement SEPA via GoCardless pour la Box MARGO et les commandes livrées dans l'Union européenne : IBAN saisi et mandat signé sur la page sécurisée de GoCardless (GoCardless SAS, établissement de paiement agréé par l'ACPR), e-mail au moins 3 jours ouvrés avant chaque prélèvement, droit au remboursement auprès de votre banque pendant 8 semaines. Personal data — SEPA Direct Debit

When you pay by SEPA Direct Debit, your name, e-mail, postal address and IBAN are collected directly by GoCardless (GoCardless Ltd, Sutton Yard, 65 Goswell Road, London EC1V 7EN, United Kingdom, and GoCardless SAS, RCS Paris 834 422 180) to set up your mandate, collect payments and send advance notices.
